Destinations: Viñales, Havana, Camagüey, Santiago, Baracoa and Remedios.
Project trips are designed for a small group who have already experienced Cuba and have an idea for a photographic project specific to the town or region where the project is being hosted. For example, the tobacco harvest in Viñales, or more specifically, Women’s roles in the tobacco harvest.
The goal of the week will be to create a substantial collection of images that illustrate the essence of the project. Each person’s project will be different from the others in the group. EyeCuba staff members are available to assist participants in organizing and implementing their projects.
Daily group image reviews will provide feedback and suggestions on how to achieve and improve the projects. Comfortable lodging with individual and group workspaces will ensure a productive week. All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are included, allowing participants to focus on the project they have undertaken.
The purpose of the week is to sink one’s chops into a subject and come away with a collection of informative and revealing images of your exploration.
